Commissioner- Me?. (I would say Rich here but as Rich will say he is still heavily involved in getting some titles, this will allow us to have the best of both worlds, heavy local involvement, heavy national involvement)
Asst. Commissioner- Rich Farside (all around knowledge of BMX, parent, ties to industry, personality at track, etc. Since elections are supposed to be annually according to the nbl we could actually have Rich become state commish in 2008 just prior to the olympics, come on man this guys NJ state commish, olympics…my head pops with the marketing potential)
Treasurer- Craig Wilson (parent, rider, well spoken, takes care of numbers for a living)
Secretary- Lisa Heath (she will run things properly, her husband and son both race and is into what is going on, she also does the secretarial thing at her current job, has been efficient at all present meetings when she is told what is going on)
Marketing Director- Pete Wolghemuth (Apologies to Pete, Rich just realized this guy has a talent for coming up with excellent ideas, bing bang boom, jersey devil, podium, fall series…)
Financial Advisor- Rich Carolan (do I have to explain this?)
Rider Representative- I like Phil Delizia or more likely Dale Maghan (there is no doubt in my mind that Dale has the best interest of BMX in his heart)

EHT needs to have a meeting where WE show up and shame them into putting people with new ideas as track reps.
There is no pre-qual at CJ for that.
As it stands there needs to be a 2/3 vote to change by-laws. I believe with HC and CJ being on board EHT will become a moot point, there only resolve being to withdraw from the state.
Yes, it is a matter of getting a group of people, or parents over the age of 18 to get some action going on that.

That sounds ok to me, Pete has all these great ideas that he just comes out of left field with.
I will revise the list and we can move forward.
Craig, can you write down that great speech you came up with on sunday that made us sound like nice guys instead of people who want to just be punks?

Rich is right, as long as you do it by the book one time out in the open, you’re all set. It’s all the monkey business so far that has brought things to this point.

You’re right man some things are just meant to be a certain way.

From what I personally see at this point in time the money that should be there is there.
But strange things have definately occurred in the past few years before I came around that lead me to believe that something has occured.
How an organization exists for 25 years and only has approx. 5,000 in the bank is a bit beyond me.
Also an excel spreadsheet does not constitute proper records keeping. Only bank statements and receipts do that.

Due to the inability of the board to come up with a feasible way of doing this much earlier in the year it came down to Rich getting the lions share of the responsiblity in this matter VERY late in the game.
For those of you who know Rich, you know that he will do everything in his power to get the jerseys in time for the Pres Cup Race.
In 2007 promotion for and deposits for the jerseys will be started with the opening of the 2007 season, also it will be made possible for jersey deposits to be made on the new njbmx.org website using paypal.
It is our desire to see the 2007 jerseys given out at the State Championship.

If HC has a VP of operations…(I assume that is vice president..)
Who is the president of operations?
It also seems they don’t have treasurer, CJ has Donna as treasurer.
Who keeps track of HC books?

There is a problem in keeping proper records of financial dealings yes.
Whether it is indicative of anything else remains to be seen for the time being.

The new njbmx.org will simplify everything. Instead of having 5 sites to go to for information you will have 1.

Sorta stinks though that for a long time no one took it upon themselves to question things for so long..
