it totally pisses me off… someone has to be responsible for these kids… if not themselves then the parents.. someone has to know who they are to id them… its not the first time..

at foothills in ct they have a few announcements before the race starts…upcoming races at local tracks, rider raffle, news for the week, thanks to the volunteers, etc… during that time they announce any new signups that day and add them to the total number of new riders for the year so far..( they are very proud of getting that award every yr i am guessing) then when the newbie races they always make mention of him no matter what position he is in and try to find something good to say during his moto… it makes the kid feel good i would think plus lets others know who he is…

sounds like a good idea to me. not to make the person feel uncomfortable but at least ppl will know he is new and im sure everyone will help out.

how do you put a moto clip up here? i was going to try to do it but after getting it from the camera to the pc is as far as i can get..thanks.( not very techy/ sorry so use plain simple language please)

phil was killing it in woodbridge… he has some pull even with the big boys… the 2 jims (moore and mulhern), dan smith, vinny manino, hammy,( sp?) were all in that 17-24x with 1/4’s…. gary transue, victor, jeremy smith… hard to try to remember all the jersey riders… brett snyder oh and dale too… mike smith in cruiser…jeff tantum and timmy sul were there but didnt see timmy race…pbr tm was pulling medic duty….(thanks)lol sorry if i dont remember allt he rest…

all the nj riders looked good… jill kintner pulled a suprise move on kim hiashi in sat main.. she shows up for her 1st race back and takes the main…

if they think its a white boys sport they obviously havent raced at any fla tracks… believe me we were the minority when we went to orlando. i think it just depends on the area where the track is located( if its a local draw) like he said an inner city/ urban would be different. when secaucus used to draw from nyc the riders were certainly more ethnically diverse.. i guess that was their local area.

that inner city track sounds like a good idea.

not a while boy sport… the local barber dan uses didnt know squat about bmx racing till dan mentioned to him a few yrs b ack now every time he goes in its bmx talk ( and these guys are the over 65 old school italian barbers too!!)
