Why are we worried about legal crap, that is why we belong to a sanction, so they can handle that, the point is we should be worried about bringing people in so we get kids riding bikes, instead of sitting in front of video games, or gettting into trouble, needing lawyers. And like Brett said, I am only repeating the nonsense that was said
I’m an HCBMX guy, and to tell the truth, I would have had us not as repesented as well, I mean what would the board do? Nothing to hurt a track, but to have someone who can’t think out of the box, and it seems after hearing some of the comments made, his box isn’t very big to begin with, is wrong
I agree with Brett that we need to stop worrying about who we will lose, and more about who we are not getting because the sport isn’t growing!!!
In the early days, we had a lot of fun people running this . Now some really good ones, but they are overshadowed by the meatheads.
Gentlemen, we are at a crossroads, either we stick it out or in ten years from now this sport will be gone, and trails will be all that is left. Think about it, how many kids have had the best years of their life on a bike, all of us I would say!!! That is the legacy we should be leaving, these people keep saying we want the old days back, NOT hardly, the bikes are better, most of the tracks are more fun, yes a few are a little intimidating to a few. But all we want is the BIG atmosphere this sport used to have.
The point, we can’t make them understand, they weren’t here for it, but we HAVE to show them!!!!!!!!Email me a copy. These have been guarded like the Holy Grail
