    Honest opinion.
Now or wait till the meeting and say the election was held improperly and is void.
At the january meeting one of the first things will be to appoint the new people to their positions.
I can’t do this alone. Because I WILL get hammered.

Who was the ONE person at the september meeting who said
“Do we have to go over the budget line by line?”
    “I’m missing my naptime”

    Puppet?
    I do not get this?

and just to stick the knife in.

    Article VII
    Committees
    Section A.
    5. Nominating Committee
To provide a slate of candidates, with written resumes, interested in running for the positions up for election. The slate and resumes will be presented at the REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING prior to the elections.

I saw no resumes at our meeting.
In fact I’m the only idiot who ever even posted a resume anywhere for anything…and I did that as a joke…but….I have to pm someone.

    Article V
Section C. Nominations for the Officers shall be submitted at the REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING prior to the election meeting.

Does anyone here remember any nominations being presented before everyone at the meeting we all attended?

    I do not.

    Article v
Section D. In the case of an unopposed candidate, the office shall be filled by one vote cast by the Secretary

After a phone call to Lisa (state secretary) I was informed she was basically told to “just vote” for Filippone as he was unopposed. No explanation was given as to the the power of her ONE vote.

Lisa and Jeff are the bomb! But I feel like someone was played here.

And FYI….the state commisioner has no vote , he only votes in case of a tie (and just so ya know, Scott voted for Vinny) BUT THE ASST COMMISH does. Come budget time we had best hope many people are on our side.

    As it stands now…

Scott- No vote, unless a tie occurs
    Filippone- vote
    Nancy- vote
    Lisa- vote
    Janeen- EHT track rep?- vote
?? – EHT track rep?- vote
    Dale- CJ track rep?- vote
??- CJ track rep? – vote
    ??- HC track rep?- vote
    ?? HC track rep?- vote

THIS DOES NOT WORK AS THERE CAN NEVER NOW BE A TIE AS THERE ARE 9 BOARD MEMBERS AND SCOTT CANNOT VOTE. WHAT THE FUCK?

In fact, from reading the by-laws. Almost everyone on the board could be taken from where they are, which is sorta sad. But if we stay calm and focused we can change what needs to be changed. I need Rich Carolan to help back me.

My g/f figured something out. If we get pushed there may be a way to fight this. I’ll post the details tonight but I will need some details on what went down at the voting from Dale.

I would sooner cut my balls off then think of ways to hurt any track in NJ. What have we been doing here all year but trying to make things better?
