Just to clarify my “get involved” ramblings, lol…
I mean when we get together at a meeting and something doesn’t seem right STAND UP and SAY SOMETHING.

There are 3 ways to be in this endeavor, ready?
1. Meeting?
Damn, I can’t make it, I wanna be there, tell me everything that’s going on, let me know where I can help. (on occasion this has been Mike, Pete, Craig….yadda yadda you guys know who you are…I get tired of typing all the time, lol)
2. Meeting?
Again? Come on. We just had one 2 months ago. Is this necessary? How long will this be? Also known as, I don’t really want to be there.

Check to see which boards you can see.
You’ll notice a couple missing.
When people were complaining before…I listened to an extent, you had a point and I do what I always do, try to find a compromise.

make your own sanction
change the rules
do your own thing

Simple enough, hard to do yes,
but we are all BMX’ers whether freestylers, racers, whatever
Change and progression is WHAT WE DO.
Say to us:
The rules say you can’t
or
It’s never been done that way
and we immediately say
WTF?
I can do any damn thing I want to progress what I believe in.
Especially when what I believe in is a good thing.

When I was a young lad my mum and dad would watch what I did, they pointed me in the right direction but allowed me to follow my path. That is all any of us can do.
That is the purpose of this site, point the way, but follow your own path.
I was at a point about 5 minutes ago to just take the whole site down and reveal a whole bunch of things that need to be known but I am holding on to for purposes that will actually do some GOOD.
Relax, everyone.

When a person calls me a fool and a do nothing.
I simply state who I am and what I have done and move on.

I know who I am and am comfortable with that.

The web is a place of words, the world is a place of action.

The time for words here is over, the time for action is now.

And to any members of the board who are watching these threads,
I have this to say.

Conflict is life, as is change.
BMX is both and it will be difficult to stop what we have begun.
If you all would like a “kids” only BMX site then one of you must do that.
In fact, I will give you the webspace to do it and not only that but I will do this,
Teach the person who wants to do it, how to build a website.
Free of charge.
I stand behind my words.

Because the racers are seeing that they don’t have to listen to those in charge.

Remember how strongly you feel tonight and the next time someone says the rules say you can’t or when you KNOW something is right and those who are in charge say what you you know is right…
is wrong.
Take a stand and speak your mind.
The racers here will start the BMX racing revolution because of what people like Adam are teaching you.
Don’t be afraid to question anything.
