even if they weren’t we would just reoganize under new names and run, none of these orgs own any of the tracks, so as long as the land lords were willing to continue it’s a non issue. We might be in better shape after the dust settles, however, it is the amount of time it would take to settle the dust that concerns me

if they have a problem, and we ask for said docs, here is what can happen, the org as we know it WILL end effectively. however, any of the tracks that have been running independant, and have their own non profit status should be Ok, as long as the paper work is in order!! as far as the ones that don’t, NJBMX, or anybody else, meaning HC or CJ doesn’t own any land, just set them up properly and continue on, I think the track that will have the biggest probs will be EHT, and only because I think their books will be as bad off as the state onesSO

The New Jersey BMX associationAt this time our organization would gratefully reguest that you recognize our reguest for funding from you foundadtion in the amount of $xxxx.xx, for the purpose of enhancing our statewide BMX program benefitting the riders of New Jersey. Monies donated from your fondation will be used for the following.
1. New PA system, model 3800, cost $xxxx.xx
2. All costs of printing, and distibution of flyers to be handed out
to shops and riders, cost not to exceed $xxx.xx3. Promotional items for event, not to exceed $xxx.xx
Again in closing all of the aformentioned monies will be going to enhance the statewide program, for the benefit of the riders.
NJBMX, is an orginization committed to the growth of the sprot of BMX within the State of New Jersey, and has been in existance for that sole purpose since 19xx.Something to that effect I assume

here goes, not to be discussed with ANYONE but on this portion of the board. Filipone IS OUT, not being diplomatic pays, however, he does not know anyone knows. HE may not know yet, as I got this at 7:30 in the morning. As far as reps, not a problem, may be him and Loren, or me and Loren, something else to note, my first year back, with all the volunteering I did, he got me my officials liscense, and Lorens as well. I may step up and do the co-track director thing down there this year since Indy is OUT!!!!!!!!!Arizona Boy, what up?
