you can bring a cooler in if you disquise it as a first aid kit ( soft sided or backpack type)

i hated that when we went a few yrs ago and at that time i think they let you bring it in but charged you $10 or something like that. if yo have a hand truck and all your crap on it stick the non- cooler -looking storage device that resembles a first aide bag on the bottom no one will bother you ( my husbands idea)just pile all your crap on top of it…

it is a nice race i like staying in the hyatt not having to drive anywhere since we used to go every yr we got points and after the first yr you get a free room the next yr if you stay 3 nights or more( hyatt rewards or something like that)

i wish i knew what issues he was talking about… ridin low talks in riddles and its confusing at times. i am more for the say whats on your mind and get it over with types…

if questions that were asked on one forum were answered then maybe it wouldnt need to be asked somewhere else??

is that what he is talking about?

sorry i am lost on this one. i was never good at guessing games. some other forums have lots of useful info esp outside of njbmx..when you have a rider who has alot of national issues that concern them yes there will be many questions..

i never heard of so many ppl who were afraid of answering questions. didnt any of you ever go to school or were you just all born “all knowing”

maybe when ridin low falls next time on the track i should take my time getting out there to see if he is conscious then he will see what certain ppl do for bmx lately

much of bmx volunteerism goes on behind the scenes and those who need public recognition should find another “volunteer job”

if you would like to email/pm me privately and let me know who you are i will be happy to have a conversation about what it is that i( or my family for that matter) have done for bmx.

first of all lowrider or whoever you are… i would not be involved in the state on that level because of the lack of CIVIL communication. the way ppl speak to ea other ESPECIALLY at a state board meeting( which is against some rules i was told to use foul language at a board meeting) has a direct effect on who decides to volunteer…wheather you believe that or not is your decision…after hearding what went on at the last meeting im sure you know what iam talking about. this has not changed, has been like that for many years… maybe this has something to do with the lack of ppl stepping up to the plate on a state level( as well as locally at some tracks)

and since when did i say i knew all the answers?

all i do is ask the questions.

if you have a personal problem with me why not be a man and step up and speak to me next time you see me?

my son has told me many times he is not into speaking up to the adults because of “all the political bs that goes on” after a while it gets old. i can site a recent attempt(actually 2 attempts) of a meeting betw some riders and staff that totally went in the wrong direction and actually never happened although we(some parents who had ideas for track maintanance and fundraising) tried our best( adults asking the officialsto stay and planning some time after a race to exchange ideas about certain positive changes/ideas they had for the track) to make this happen. i know since then he has no interest in getting involved, he has said he wants to ride and help out the little guys and thats it. he talks to me, and some other parents as i am always open to listen to him or his friends, respect is a 2 way street when it comes to teenagers… i am no way his voice but i do listen to the riders and if they feel comfortable complaining to me or discussing certain things..well thats called COMMUNICATION people… hello???

maybe you should try it sometimes?? listening to teenagers- what a novel idea….

all this because i asked who is elegible to vote? i dont know the answer to that maybe low rider knows?? if so please share with us???

i dont consider asking questions to be complaining. maybe ridinlow has a different definition.

and he cant be around bmx that long if he thinks i have not given “input” at state meetings in the past. may have been a while ago but….. after many years you realise everyone volunteers in anyway they can.

that all depends on what you consider complaining.. if by complaining you mean stating the obvious… why is that so unusual?

i am not afraid to say whats on my mind and i will say it to the people who are involved directly( usually try to at least if they will listen) if that is complaining, trying to improve things or make things better so be it. those who know me are not suprised by this. being involved in the sport and seeing alot of things over time gives one a good perspective on things..

whats your contribution? whoever you are??
