Yeah the boards dead!!!!! I got alot to beotch about. How about this, why do they do all these retro old school builds, if they are so into old school, I mean if it is old school then it is old shool, if you make it today with todays tech, then its not old school!!!! Personally I like the Azusa’s they built, but thats cause they used NEW SCHOOL tech.

As far as the olympics, I find it hard to believe we have foriegners coming here and teaching us. And wil it be the next wave, that depends. Nascar isn’t in the olympics, neither is baseball (dropped for lack of interest from other nations), or football. Why do they succeed here, COPORATE sponsorship!!!!!! Until they figure out how to make it appealing to those folks , and draw a crowd, we will just plug along as usualCool, I’m allmost done installing my flux capacitor on the bike, that with the new inverted mufflerbearing should make me Willie E Coyote fast. Scam, inflated prices, waste of time. I need stuff that works. Not going to pay money to look at something I won’t ride. Ant you know they are bidding that stuff way up, more than it is worth!!!!
My point, was to lay it out in black in white, because as you see, unless done that way things are not handled well. Let’s take for instance the mess at the Pres cup with the jersies. Had a mechanism been in place, none of that would have happened.
More to the point, if we are going to do this, one day we may be gone, if we leave a precise set of guidelines, it will be hard for them to mess up!
In 1987 Bill Bohren established the New Jersey Bicyle Motocross Assoc Inc, when it was shut down in 1998, it’s officers consisted of Scott Cranmer (vp), Linda Luden (treasurer),and Les Vanerhoff (pres), now for what ever reason in 1999, BOOM we have a new corporation, NJBMX Inc, thats when Les set it up. What happened, no one knows, and when they do have info it all goes one place, so the reason I would like clarity in the bylaws is so that ther will be less likely hood of deviationAlso, as a check and balance. Have the treasurer continue with it’s duties, like paying bills and keeping the records, but to avoid this nightmare with the paperwork the organizations, have the secratary be responsible for that function. Kinda an oversight, and if it becomes a problem, the commish can intervene
Looks Ducky to me!!! But one suggestion with the fall series. As this is an NBL event, and most of te Nationals are over, maybe a pro/am series jsut for this with special award at end
well, be cause of my good friend Brett, this theory has hit a snagg!!! EHT has a nonprofit bus set up, and out of all the ones I have seen, get this, they are actually on the ball with their paper work.
However, I will have tax returns next week, I still haven’t figured out what they are fighting for, there can’t be this much money here!!! I can tell you this, because of sloppy paperwork, I wouldn’t let them balance a checkbook!!!
Listen, if it were about money, wouldn’t it be on a track level?? If that is the case, wouldn’t Les, not care who ran the state, and if someone did, and brought more riders, wouldn’t that benefit them?
I ask, because I need someone to figure, why the secrecy? What are we missing?
Les is also the incorporator for NJBMX, so he owns it, regardless of status, profit, or not.Let me draw a map

But the state IS set up as a non-profit org
And at the time you ARE the commishoner
Simple, provide the state paperwork as yours, it HAS the right address on it
However, if young upstarts start trying to change things, when all along the mentality is, “let’s just keep this thing going however”, and you aren’t worrried about the paperwork changing, until now of coarse.
This is why the poop has hit the fans. I am working tommorow, I will call Egg Harbor from work, and find out if this is correct, but I don’t think I’m wrong, as it explains why they are so against any change.
By the way, if they are using NJBMX, and not putting htere money ,and paperwork through it, where does it go???NO the profit side was shut down in 1982, that is why I said it’s not viable. However the more I dig, the more I believe the NJBMX, the nonprofit version, is also EHT, which may be the reason that LEs and Linda are so against all that is going on. Here, if they run the NJBMX through whoever, then it is less of a hassle if they don’t have to file paperwork. OR, if the town ask for non-profit status paperwork, well he has it, but it isn’t really for the track, but the state!!! Now. the big question, where does all the EHT money go, if the states books are solvent? Wanna guess?? Ha I bet I know, who wants go on a fishing trip??? LOL
Got them, if you look at the other thread, you will see only the one njbmx is a still viable org, however they have not been filing all of their paperwork ,and have been susspended before, paperwork ,is currenly outdated by a year and a half. Not good, thus I would assume they have NOT filed tax returns, but I will get those next
Ok, N.J.B.M.X, was a history lesson, as it was set up by Sal Zuener in 1978, and disolved in 1982!
However NJBMX was set up in 1999, june to be exact!!!!
It did recieve a suspension in Jan 2004, and it wasn’t lifted til July 2005, at which point, heres where it gets good, they have not filed anything!!!!
