I’m sorry I don’t understand it either, because in all the research I did, this should not have been a problem!!!!!! This would have benefitted ALL the riders, and given them the sense of an event like atmosphere. Something BMX had back in the day!!!!!

They are trying to do it to Radio, and TV, it’s called the “fairness doctrine”, the goverment now claims that IT OWNS the airwaves, and that oposing sides should have equal time, well if you lsten to a talk radio staion, how will the programmer, who knows his listening audience, make money when know one listens to the guy they don’t wanna hear, forget about the free speech thing in the first amendment, they don’t care about that
