Again Loren, as part of their obligation as a nonprofit they should have at least provided this, they haven’t, so if thye aren’t doing what they should again when will they start. there should not have been a hold up, should have been simple

Hey Loren, we could take your approach and wat till next christmas, lets watch the counts go down more, I guess you picked out your next sport already then, cause the way this is run it is falling apart. Point is they wanted help, and the guys did, now what, what is the short term goal, you should be familiar with that as it was part of your GH seminar. Well guess what I don’t think they have a goal, so what does that mean??? Disaray, they wanted the help, it was offered and NOTHING again, same feed back from all the guys. HOW long would it take to get one piece of paper (letter of determinatiom), I mean if someone takes that long to get that this thing won’t get off the ground. Coould have had all the money for everything by now what a waste

Not just that, but the WHOLE scene, from riders to volunteers needs the enthusiasm. An area we are lacking, plus more people involved.
If we had enthusiasm, the points thing would have been hashed out.
If we had enthusiasm, we would have gotten the grant, and gotten the ball rolling. When I say WE, I mean the state of NJ board. There is a huge disconnect, it itsn’t intentional, and I understand people have other things going on, but these are things that should have been hashed out and DONE.
The way things are now, we will never be that scene.

I had an older rider PM the other day, and his comment was such “with all that has gone on in NJ, I’m not going to race there”, Now this is an older rider, with a good job. The people on the board can blame us as the worst thing to happen to BMX, but guess this ridee made his decisions based on your actions. Not because of anything that has been done by this group. So now I ask, WHO really is the worst thing to happen to BMX in NJ in ten years?

Sweatshirts, you used to buy so you could say you were there. Some kind of unique award would always be a better thing to atract people. You know to the top say three or four, and the winner gets the better one, not the same for eigth or first!!!
