who is going down to virginia to watch the pros do their thing?
Building trail up,more improtant than donating my BMX money to both Bob, and the foriegners. BMX started here and now we are listening to an international body, screw that.

we are going. dan wants to try to make the main for sat uci race. he has his heart set on going to canada so its close(va) we are going to go. supposed to be a nice weekend not like the usual 100 degree days in woodbridge.

Can someone please explain the qualifications to go to the worlds. First I was told you have to do three of the uci days amd the top 8 overall in points can go. Then I was told that all you have to do is go the us championship and make the main and you gt to go. So which is it? Ive talked to bob and at the begining he said top 8 after points but now hes saying somthing diff.
There are two ways to qualify to race the 2007 UCI World Championship
1. The top 8 riders in points from the 6 UCI races in 2007 (WCQC) Best three scores will count toward you ranking. Best 3 scores come from any combination of the (6) WCQS events.
2. They will take the top 8 riders from the Main event at the USA Cycling National Championship at Waterford Oaks, June 9.
The 6 UCI races are
Feb. 24-25 Boulder City, NV (both days)
March 31 Sarasota, FL
April 7 Orlando, FL
April 28 Woodbridge, VA
May 19 Prundedale, CASo it’s a possible 16 riders in each class that can get to the WC?

Am I correct?Yes 16 riders + the 8 that made the main from the Worlds in 06
If they would overlap, they would fill the spots from the points list.
So if you made the main in Brazil last year, you are also qualified?
Rich, they’re killing me man, I didn’t take advance trigonometry in HS. LOL.
So the more money you spend the better chance you have.
So it’s possible that 24 people from each class from the US could go to the worlds?

Yes but you can take the chance on making your main at the Championship in Waterford Oaks and your in. 1 race $50,00 and your on your way.

Yes if all 8 that made the main in Brazil in 06 were from the US.
I’ve been respecting you as a racer since I was a little tird, but seeing how you understand all these rules I have gained a new kind of respect.
I gotta go soak my brain in some uci tylenol. 😆
