practice track entrance fee

What would you be willing to pay to have access to a groomed practice track?
indoor price
outdoor price
what would be a good fee structure?
hourly?
daily?

I could use some thoughts and ideas.

half day pricing would be cool– hourly would be a pain in the ass, but there would be people that bitch about paying for a full day if they are going to be there for an hour–

pricing— i would say something inline with what a skate park may charge. not really sure what that is?
