You have to push forward out of the gate in order to flip it, if you just roll out, it won’t happen.

Whats it take to open a track… ?
My neighbors son is on the board for land development for Bridgewater Township (Somerset County) last time i checked i got along with him pretty good.
As a side note, when the patriots baseball stadium was built there was a lot of talk about putting a BMX track right next to it. There is still room for that. but that talk died out.
I remember that, cause HCBMX, did something tied to the ball team
It takes a solid presentation and motivated people.
