    So I take my 2000 Concord to the local Towing repair shop they tell me $550.00 for a new starter !!!! 😯 😯

    I call PEP boys $258 What a joke !!

    550 for a NEW starter is about right– rebuilt is about 250– most time you are not even given the option of new because everyone has the same reaction. what shop by the way?

    Its a Concord. Go rebuilt.
    Next car, buy Toyota or Honda. Hyundai is a third option.
