Brian Shute has been cool enough to send over more shots from the early and mid 80’s days of BMX racing in NJ, PA and the east coast. He also scanned in some memorabilia. One of which is a funny as hell note left by Franco Perrino when Brian was riding for Dic’s bike shop… It was Brian’s birthday and well BMXers being BMXers, thought it might be funny to wish Brian happy b-day.
These are some great classic shots of what BMX was like in the early days… not earliest but pretty damn early.
