Well I just got back from the doctorÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s office and he said everything is looking good. He said no heavy lifting, cutting the grass, or anything else that would hurt the ribs for another 2-4 weeks. I didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t tell him that I started training (riding, lifting, and some light sprints) a week after my crash to see if I could get into race shape by the Grands. I want to save what started out to be one of my best seasons only to see it come crashing down on me all at the wrong time. So I am going to take a shot at it. We are packing the RV up and heading out.
