It’s completely stopped here. I live west of the track by about 10 miles. They get it then me so if it stopped here 20 minutes ago it has stopped there about 45 to 60 minutes ago.

Leavign here in a bit to go to the track. Gotta get there early to get some practice in for the Boy.

I’m younger that most of you “Veterans” at 26 but I would love to help out. Having my 8 year old race makes me want to get into the sport full force. Let me know when and where.

    Wogs,

The wheels are no longer made of wood and they are the same size now, no more of that huge wheel up front and the little one out back. Makes them easier to get on….

Seems like the new bikes are lower, longer and use Canti brakes and seem to run their handlebars narrower. The 24s ride a lot like 20s. I raced an old school Cyclecraft 24″ a few years ago and it looked about 3 feet taller then the new school rides….still got the job done though. Oh yea, dare I mention the fact that a lot of guys are running clipless pedals….you must have some old school hardware kicking around still, dust it off and take it out.

Also as far as the “sponge MTB” goes, get yourself a rigid single speed. You’ll never go back to a full sus bike after that. I converted over this year and my sus bike has not left the garage.

You still got the Cycle Craft.. Mine is back in Phoenix at my grandparents house and I want another one. The geometry on that frame was so nice for my long torso short legs..?

    Crazy stuff.

I have my old Titan Cruiser back at my grandparents. Thinkin about dusting that sucker off and putting it on there. I guess the Chrome ones were rare and thats what I got. Just the frame alone on evil bay sold for 200. I got the complete bike. Forks, Neck and all.

My Cycle Craft cruiser and 20″ are golden also. I just saw a complete sticker set go for 150 on there. Man back at the first ever ABA worlds in Toledo, OH the bike shop at the race was selling them for 5 bucks a set. I bought 10 of them and used all of them. Damn dumbass kid. I just had to re-paint my bike every month. DOOOOH
