Unfortunately, as a matter of maintenance, the dust will stay. It makes it easier to get ready in the morning as Matt D is usually the only one there early enough. I have wanted it done away with personally , but from his stand point, I understand the need. If we had more volunteers, it would be a different story

All the new school stuff rocks. The old school stuff is nice, but I can’t understand buying abike used that costs a bizzilion bucks , and you don’t ride it.

Dude I just wish it would get nice out. Every time the back yard gets close to being rideable, the weather messes me up. I’m hoping this Texas thing goes through, I’ve had it up here with weather.

Rich, that depends, if you’re like me, sit around allday at a desk, or eat lots of doughnuts while out in the field, and you get the into the round shape like me. I need a stronger bike LOL

Yeah, it’s cool back there. But it’s not a track. The wife is mad, cause there is only one loop that’s for racing. The rest is flat out trails.
    The casualty count so far
    One broken collarbone
    Two broken ankles
    One ruptured spleen
    Two concussions
    Three broken forks
    A few destroyed wheels

It’s all good though, and I don’t have to build it’s done, unfortunately we are looking at buying a house with more land so these may not make the summer.

Adam, I didn’t think so, but if you looked at it in sequence, and not knowing you, well you would wonder. I guess that’s an apology, Accpted. Cause the wife is totally BMX, racing, letting me have jumps in the backyard the Thursday night bon fires with about 15 people here. Definately cool

Old school, new school. Who cares, the newer bikes are better in so many ways. The old ones make nice museum pieces, but you can’t ride one. I say everybody shut up and ride.
Oh yeah I like when they call a chrome frame retro ( like my 24 Devo) Cause everybody is too cheap to pay for chrome. Chrome rules Wear sunglasses when racing me

The part about bieng our own worst enemy is the best description of our country. We tried the drug war in the 80’s and 90’s, it was limited at best. And when the single most evil person involved ( Pablo Escobar ), is allowed by his goverment, to stay under house arrest in a mansion. well let the laughter begin. A full out war is what would be needed to win that battle, but the American people don’t have the stomach.
Look at the war in Iraq, people calling for an immediate pull out. My friends who are there laugh when they hear what is going on with the news back here. I was told to watch carefully, at the attack footage, it would be the same shot from different angles. IT IS, most of the time. They tell me the people there love them. You never hear this!!! in the news here. Just the bad stuff.
At the end of world war 2 we lost an average of 100 soldiers per theater, a month, for five years. Do the math!! We stuck it out
The bottom line is WE ARE OUR OWN WORST ENEMY. I would rather KILL these folks where they stand then let them come here and do it to US.
I don’t know about you but I never want to drive down Rt. 80 in the morning and see all that smoke coming from where the towers stood, or anything of that magnatude again.
So if we can’t finish the job with a bunch that did attack us, give up on the drug thing, cause it be the same fight as Iraq, just in a jungle
