as with all things that achieve greatness this will be a work in progress.
i will say this,
we will, at the local level, change much more efficiently and quickly than the nbl does at the national level.
Since the state site is to promote in effect the state series, it’s #1 concern will be to make sure the state points will be easily found.
regional and national will like ya said have links to the nbl site.

faq’s are a must and will be on the new CJ as well as state site.
keep coming up with stuff, so far, everything you have come up with is covered. But you might hit that one thing that i forget.

as far as the nbl state site is concerned, ya gotta think more like,
a new rider, or potential sponsor or politician is gonna look at this and it will be their first encounter with nbl BMX racing in NJ.

whoever is state points keeper has to take care of points, there will be a very clear link on the homepage to points, but each track needs to man up and get their points on.

it would help if the fucking nbl would get their new windoze program that also allows local points series up and running.

National and Regional info should be on the site as well for those races that are on tracks in the state organization. It would be cool to post how local riders do at these events as well, to show that local riders can win at the national level.
