i broke my hand once from riding.

From Biking:

Broken left wrist
2 broken collarbones ( 1x each side )
dislocated right ankle
a couple dislocated left shoulders, finally got the surgery for that.
2 left humeral fractures including bending the rod in the arm from the first break.
17 staples in left knee, 5 stitches in the face around my right eye, 2 concussions (including this one)

Numerous cuts and bruises as expected

A couple er visits for my knees but never anything officially broken

Plus more injuries from other events.

All is good now, head is clear, but I still don’t remember most of that race.

I busted my collar bone at the ABA Atlanta national pre-race about ten years ago. That flight home was not fun. Glad to hear that the cob webs have cleared somewhat Kevin.
