This is the perfect age to try and get interested in BMX. Every year we send out flyers to our local elementary schools. We have found that when you give flyers to the older kids they just throw them away, but the younger children are more likely to take them home to there parents.Just my 2 cents.

in the schools yipee!! my sister in laws kids go to some of those schools ( lives in whitehouse) i will check if they get them home in their backpacks. let me know when you drop them off…great going!
The flyer’s look great, was this funded with the grant? Is there any updates on the status of the grant?
if a person donated them lets not just throw them away.. i know you want to hand them out to everyone who breathes but like someone said the areas close to the tracks should prob be hit first. dosnt do any good to give 500 out to a school that is 3 hrs away from the closest one….. flyers are like found cash for bmx use them wisely…
i am up for getting some for the bike shops near me… i can hit bikeland in chatham, madiso bicycles, martys in morristown and high gear in millburn maybe the shops can hand some out if you think they will be supportive… i am a little leary that people who dont give a darn will toss them you know where. shops that want the “new” business will be up for it…
what everyou think will be effective. i say do it….
