9. There shall be a Commissioner elected at the annual meeting of each State Association. The meeting must be held on a regular annual interval as specified in the state’s bylaws. In the event of a vacancy, the position may be filled for a term of one year or until their successor is elected.
So this whole 2 year thing seems to go against nbl doctrine.
Also nowhere in the nbl rules for state structure does it say anyone needs to hold an officials license for 2years. Just an fyi…my head is getting loopy from this shit.
I thought we all understood that fact. The current system is set up to promote like thinking individuals, not people with different ideas, you are thinking like someone who wants to do it for the good of all, the more I see of this budget nonsense, and such I wonder, why they want to keep certain ones out
