did you happen to catch me in any pics?
From what i have heard, only drinking water will not cut it. Once you get to a certain point after drinking water your body make be tricked into thinking it is hydrated when it is not. Gatorade gives you the electrolytes that you need. Water is good, but it doesn’t have some of the essential stuff needed.
The track was great this weekend. The only thing i didn’t like was the fact that i didn’t even have time to go back to my trailer to sit down between motos on sat. I’m glad they had that fan though. haha, me and a bunch of other riders just parked it in front of that between motos. Racing open and class in that heat killed people. Everyone who did it was sore as hell come sunday. It was a good weekend though. We even got to hear Dave sing.

eh, i didn’t know if i wanted to tow that thing out there. i might actually race sunday this weekend. as for yesterday, it was me danny and tom doing some work. we didn’t get much done because they had to run gate practice.
two questions. what are the rooms goin for out there, and are there showers at the track?
I jump better and race almost as fast on flats, but i like racing with clips better. I think a seperate series would be cool. I don’t think the hyper series should be no-clips though. I think that it would deter some people that don’t feel comfortable with riding flats, and ultimatly make it have a smaller turnout.
i think flats for that is a must. i wouldn’t want to try that with clips
haha i am having a flashback to the regional at cj when Ant “Got black” as dave put it.
i’m going. hopefully there is practice. did they get a lot of rain last night?
