sorry i have to say i like the jersey with a more “devil-look”. and i asked dan he has a memory for stuff like this he said in the past 10 yrs the pres cup shirts have always been blue combo w/antoher color blue/ yellow…except for 1 yr when the riders voted and they got green( green /black/white as i look at the pic) we have never had red.(although one yr the jerseys were cotton and we had white with a big blue circle in the center w/yellow nj)
he said red black white with devil on the back facing the guy behind ya( this is his idea like i said last night not mine)

i see the plates- brett they look like rob johnsons plates.. he did one for danny last yr actually it was for the pres cup so he would have a nice one using his nbl number every yr he went (instead of some crappy make one last minute one.) he does nice work.

dont sweat the jersey thing remember you are just 2 days into this as far as we can see here i think you have a lot of great ideas.
i think the key is contrast. what fla has is contrast in colors that make it stand out. i love nj colors but remember blue / yellow are very popular and hard to spot if3 other states use them

plates dont have to necessarily match the jersey. after all you cant run the plate at the pres cup anyway right? so that will only be run locally instate.
what do the plates look like is there a picture posted somewhere? i know the guy who did them last yr they came out nice he does great custom work.
i think the red devil should be on the riders backs(looking you right in the eyes) so it has an intimidating effect on whoever is behind…kind of like the jersey years ago that had a huge stop sign on the back. i forget what state that was but they said it had subliminal effects or something…

the devil head looks a little like a bat( plus the wings on the back) maybe make it a little more “fierce looking”

like i said before i am partial to a brighter color you shoud ask the riders i think many of them may want to change the color from blue/yellow to something different?? i know its jerseys colors but …jmo. a few yrs ago someone put the final design on line and showed it in 3 colors and the riders voted on which one so the state could see what everyone liked best?? just a thought.
