I have no kids, so I really have no stake in the future of this planet other than the next 35-40 years.
But everyone who has kids, which is almost everyone else, say that they do what they do “for the kids”.

I don’t see a correlation between our current system and making the planet better for future generations.

I would like everyone who is having a rough time with things or would like to see change in BMX racing in NJ to give Bill’s track a chance one time when he opens it.
It will be big news here, and yes kiddies, your first aba race is free.

The only people we have to blame for lame things in racing are ourselves.
    We allow it to happen.
    Stand up for what’s right.
If $50 is too much for a national and all you get is a plastic plate, forget the nationals, put the effort into making a place for your kid or yourself to ride.
Don’t support that which you don’t fully believe in.

Let’s see what Bill gets going in NNJ.

    He’s nuts…..it’s like looking in a mirror.

I’d also like to add that Bill Curtin, one of the main guys…(think someone like Irma from the nbl) from the aba joined the site last year and was explaining all kinds of stuff about the aba here.

Um…Bill and the aba are a little peeved with me at the moment, (I have a tendency to not discriminate in my complaints) but one of their HEAD GUYS was here at a LOCAL SITE chatting.

    Does that not say something?

And STILL the new nbl software has bugs,
    come on people.

I should be noted that all those places putting up the state posters are being solicited by Ant-Dog.
So props to the D O G for getting the word out.
Anyone else want some of these?

In order for any of us, (me included, thanks for the props Eric, but I haven’t done anything yet that justifies me in a HoF, lol) to be seriously considered for a NJ BMX Hall of Fame, I think we have to have made a serious positive impact on the sport in NJ. Tracks, shops, TD’s, riders who have gotten us good exposure, all those things need to be taken in, the last 25 years need recognition.
    We’re the next 25.

Any of our time is yet to come, that HoF will be written by Lee and Phil’s generation.
Which is why I see the need for us to step up and give some kind of help to our 19 moto local BMX scene.
Do ya know what I mean?

All the riders that left the sport in the late 80’s is what brought it down.

THey just now figured out that mortgages and car payments will never be as fun as BMX.

i dunno man, that whole beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other.
busting chops aside, we are really gonna do this and I think we should narrow down a couple nominees and a couple categories.
