Younger Riders.

First off the pro am was some of the best racing i have ever scene in my short career. Big props to all who got the ball rolling and kept it going. But I have a question. Can their be a series for the younger riders. I ask this because I know of a few riders (under 16) who would love to race in this type of series.

That would be an idea for another Open Series. This is for discussion of the Pro-Am, 16 and over. I am sure the NJBMX Board is open to new ideas.

While we think this is a good idea, it takes alot of time and energy to run one series let alone 2. The idea behind the Pro/Am series was to keep the older riders involved in the sport and give the younger riders a chance to see some good racing.

i think its an nbl rule with the 16 over money class anyway…tell them to keep racing they will turn sooner or later…lol something to look fwd to. i know the feeling.. thats all iheard for a year…”cant wait to be able to race the opens…” yada yada… its a great thing and gives them something to aspire to…
