Sneakers for BMX racing? Vans, Period. No socks also and you can really feel the pedals. In fact Im gonna go to Vans and see if I can order some to match my new DG, not sure if you can still custom order colors.

Orchid, Lotek, Caste, SCG and UGP all make shoes that are designed for BMX and actively support the scene without also having vested interests in skateboarding.

Vans, Etnies, DuFFs, Adio and DC all have BMX teams and actively support the BMX scene, but they also support and sell shoes in the skateboarding/lifestyle market.

Nike 6.0 is a new one too. Their sponsor a team and advertise in the magazines. But I have no idea where a dollar spent on Nike goes.

If all else fails, wear whatever you like.

I still wear my Inopias that I got from Andy. (yes Brett, those same black ones)

Now that I am back to flats only I will be wearing them a lot more. I have a pair for yard work, a pair for riding, a pair for regular wear…………
