April 10, 2006 at 2:35 am #29895bmiddaughMemberOk, Farside is here, I’m sure he’s hunting the net for pictures of Flipper, so I’ll just step out now and let you guys have fun. 😆
See you fellers on Tues. Now that I know where all the small rocks are near the gate, I’ll be able to get a better start.
Part 1 of my plan is complete.
Part 2…
is to stay up.April 10, 2006 at 3:02 am #29897CavemanMemberI would rather have flipped the gate then take that retarded fall I took. My knee is killing me. Walking up and down steps is a chore. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
Tomorrow I’ll have some fun shots up you’ll all enjoy.
April 10, 2006 at 3:21 am #29898CWCCRIDERMemberMan I pick a bad weekend to get the flu!! Sounds like I missed all the fun
April 10, 2006 at 7:33 pm #29916CavemanMemberNo Chris, you picked a good weekend to get the flu. It was a bad weekend for the old timers. The track was spongy, Brett flipped the gate, Crazy Craig wrecked hard and I wrecked my knee hard going two miles an hour. Be glad you weren’t there. You would have hit a tree or something.
April 10, 2006 at 7:55 pm #29919bmiddaughMemberI sweah, my side of the gate moved slower, I sweah!
and that double leapt forward 2′ when Dave jumped over it…
old guys and soft tracks…a combination for danger… 😉 😆April 10, 2006 at 8:17 pm #29920CWCCRIDERMemberYou guys weren’t trying to catch Farside were you 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆
April 10, 2006 at 10:05 pm #29925CrazyCraigMember…as a matter of fact – yes I was trying to catch Farside – or at least come in second behind him.
Rich asked if it was okay to combine the 35 and everyone older cruisers into a 6 man gate. I am glad he did because it pushed me to run hard – but maybe too hard. 😯 Don’t worry Rich – I aint blaming ya – honest – I just gotta start jumping again. I’m a little jump-shy since bailing at the Jack Frost – but I’ll get it back.
Unlike Caveman – I’m feeling better today – but I significantly bruised at least 6 different parts of my body. Can’t wait to see the pretty colors from the shot I took in the ribs. 😯
Still – I did have fun!!
