Yo, I had two kids before we kinked the pipes. 😆

Everyone was casing that jump, just brace for impact and try to ride out of it. Notice nobody made backside on it.

Mike, I usually hung around with Brian and the Jersey crew when we went down there as I raced the NJ state series. We probably talked back then.

The following year I made it to the pro main. Brian told me to air out the first jump because I wasn’t going to do anything in the main anyways. It kinda pissed me off. I tried to get out of the gate so hard that I slammed it. Finished 8th. 😆

Yep, Russ and I were in the same age group a good part of the year. My mom and his dad were part of the people who ran the DE track along with Jeff Malloch.
