According to Vinnie, the items need to be specific dollar amounts towards specific items. By the end of the year, we need to supply receipts for those exact items at that cost. Since we did not have any specifics for promotional materials, it was decided that those things we do have specifics for would be put into the proposal. Since that money was already accounted for in the 07 budget, we can then use it for promotions.
