It ain’t all about track work, it ain’t all about this site…it ain’t all about talking.
But someone has to do something.
You also have to ask people to do stuff, you can’t just automatically assume people are gonna beat a path to your door to do work, nor can you announce it twice on the pa.
and it’s hard to get more volunteers from the same 80 people who race at the track every weekend.
Which is why I stress promotion.
Promote.
Get more people.
Get more people, get more riders.
More people involved, higher percentage of people to get as volunteers.
