miken1973 – Does the name Kevin Hoffman ring a bell? I was racing Bensalem back then, I am a couple months younger

We will make this year something to remember at Bensalem, since we don’t have to worry about next year and the future, we are pulling out all the stops this year. If anything, we will use to closing to get more word out regarding BMX. 1 TV station is already looking to run something about it.

Phantom – Don’t worry, I am coming over to the NBL after all this, so we can keep in touch. Of course, I won’t be competitive at all since I can’t race 3 motos.

The State Finals for the ABA only had that count because it was at Cedar. Their local count is above what every other track in PA is doing. Their state qualifier was the biggest as well.

If the States had been at say Bensalem you can knock at least 10 motos off that state final. The volunteers at Cedar are doing a great job of building up their local program.

Yeah so some people ate some bad meat. big deal.

What you didn’t hear about is what happened at the Pizza Hut by my parents house back in August. Simply put everyone that worked that night, was fired!!! And the police were called in to investigate it.

    Some pics at http://www.eastcoastthunderbmx.com/Julie_Congiusti.html

Julie races alot at Cedar BMX in PA under the ABA while going to college proving she is alot smarter than me. First nag plate this year, First national win this year, friends with everyone at every track every year, and she motivated my son to ride without training wheels.

I don’t think anyone deserves it more than Julie.

    Congrats!!!!!!

Derosa skills can’t even be put to words. It was fun watching him at Tuesday night practice this year.

On bmxnews there is a link to a local paper. According to the article the city estimates the Grands has brought 50 Million to Tulsa over the last 8 years.

And they are trying to renew the contract, but the ABA has not commited to returning yet.

I think dirt is better, but fixing it is such a pain.

Kevin Souder – wow I forgot that name too. I used to race him all the time. He was the reason I bought the bolt together Hyper after wrecking my Auburn at Shoreham. Clay delivered the frame to me one night at the Holiday in by Bensalem BMX. He went shopping at Franklin Mills mall afterwards, it was a couple days before the Xmas classic in OH.

I finished putting the bike together at the race, and then crashed 5 out of 6 motos getting used to the new frame. That sucked.

Chase was with Cycle works or Canon cycles. Chris Canon, Franky K from NY, Chase, Mark Sterious, I forget the tall A pro they had. They spent alot of time at Drexel Brook on the trails. Pretty good team at the time around when they ran Lums Pond in DE. Track raced in March and April so you could get ready for the nationals.

Pedaller Bike shop was pretty good back then to when Joyce owned the shop and was healthy. Dave and Karen Clymer, Brett Hendricks, Keith Taylor, Keith Herd, Jason Lonergan, Dave Mocross.

I probably killed the spelling on most of the names.

Someone needs to bring back those Crit plates, bigger and heavier than most bikes now a days! Them or Zeronie Landing Panels need to come back.

Zach did learn alot from Dave. He learned not to do what Dave does.

And look, now he is an expert!!!

    Good job Zach.
