When you have been involved for something for so long, and you are feeling burnt out, maybe it is time to pass the torch or move on. I can’t understand why people feel the need to try to stay in control. And what kills me is whe they really do not have the power they think they have.

I see it in corporate. sometimes you get pushed out the door, or you go out on your own. It’s kinda sad when you think about it. Me I do not expect to be the t.m. of CJS forever. I want the next person to have the same fire that i have. What would hurt me is being told “you are being replaced” I wanna go out on my own terms and if I can help out when they need me, I will be there.

Now I am in no way near that stage, But when i feel that it is my time I will step aside for the next generation.
