If you are looking to straight lace it go with 165 to 166 length…….

Try the internet for a spoke length calculator. You need to enter in certain dimensions of your hub, rim, pick the cross pattern, usaully 3 or 4, and then, bang, it spits out the length you need. (7- 5/8″ usually will do the trick) 193-194 mm

I use 165 to 166 for radial……For other lengths just go to
http://www.flatlandfuel.com or call Pat at flatlandfuel…………

    194 is for 36 spokes

Straight lacing is easy-money…Start from the valve and finger tighten spokes to the end of the nipple evenly all the way around…You really cant mess up straight lacing…Do you have a truing stand?

Spoke length also depends on rim on average the spoke length for 3 cross is 184mm Adam is right on with the 166mm length for straight lace just check the dish will need truing stand ….LUBE NIPPLES!!!!
